Nat Rivard
Co-Owner & Instructor
Nat is passionate about helping others build confidence, strength, and body awareness through movement. Alongside Anna, she helped bring Vibe back to life, creating a welcoming and supportive space where everyone feels empowered to show up exactly as they are. Her classes are designed to challenge and encourage you while building connection, confidence, and strength through every movement.

Anna Reid
Co-Owner & Instructor
Anna is the pioneer behind Vibe, helping build the community and energy that made it such a special space. After taking a five-year break, she returned alongside Nat to bring Vibe back to life as a dynamic duo, creating a welcoming environment centered around connection, movement, and empowerment. Anna is passionate about helping others feel strong, supported, and inspired both inside and outside the studio.

Steph Vanthof
Instructor
Steph's classes are all about balance — challenging you physically while keeping the energy uplifting. She's known for her creative sequences and encouraging coaching style.

Trudy Rivard
Yoga Instructor
Trudy brings a calming and grounded energy to her Full Moon Yoga classes, creating a space to slow down, reconnect, and reset. Her gentle guidance blends mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation for a truly restorative experience.

Jen brings an uplifting and empowering energy to her teaching style, blending strength, mindfulness, and connection through movement. Her approach encourages students to challenge themselves, stay present, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and recharged.
