Yoga Sequence is yoga inspired movement with the bands and is a beautiful combination of strength, stretch and stability. Perfect for all levels, great for beginners.
Flex

Flex Sequence is a level up from our Yoga Sequence — yoga inspired moves with a little more intensity! Still very accessible to all levels.
Flow
LowStrength
Flow Sequence is a great combo of strength, stretch and stability moves. This sequence is wonderful for beginners as only one band is used for the whole sequence. This allows you to get used to the bands while getting a great workout in.
Sport
ModerateStrength
Sport Sequence is a great strength and mobility class! Perfect for all levels, a nice one for beginners.
Glore
ModerateStrength
Glore Sequence is all about the Glutes and Core! (see what we did there 😜) This is a fan favourite class great for all levels.
Faves
ModerateStrength
Faves Sequence is just that! Everyone's fave moves from a variety of sequences. Great strength class for all levels.
Crush

Crush sequence has everyone looking at it with heart eyes! Another class featuring fave moves from other sequences! Really great all over strength class.
Blend

In our Blend sequence you will be introduced to strength moves from our cardio Mix sequences 1, 2 and 3. This class will challenge you and prep you for what to expect strength-wise in our Mix sequences. Suitable for all levels. Modifications are always given!
Force

Force sequence is our Power sequence without the cardio moves — a really great overall strength class.
Combo

Combo Sequence is a combination of everything! We've got strength, cardio, and stretch all in one dynamic sequence! Great for all levels and anyone curious about cardio classes can get a little preview here in this sequence.
Worx
ModerateStrength
Worx is a great sequence that features a little bit of everything! "The Works" — suitable for all levels.
Fix
HighStrength
Fix Sequence starts with cardio and then flows into strength. It is challenging but also accessible.
Max
HighStrength
Max Sequence is a mainly strength based sequence but does feature some cardio moves. Some moves are more involved and so this sequence is not recommended for first timers.

Our Cardio sequence is one of the most challenging cardio sequences! It will challenge you to the max! Intermediate and brave beginners (remember you can always go at your own pace ☺️).
HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training! This class we do off the bands (no overhead suspension training) — we use our bodies and sometimes different props (weights, slam ball, agility ladder etc). High energy fast paced class!

A strong, energizing flow designed to build heat, strength and confidence. This class is done off the bands (no overhead suspension training). Dynamic movement, mindful breathing, and a full body workout that leaves you feeling grounded, powerful, and refreshed!
Full Moon Yoga
LowYoga (traditional)
Full Moon Yoga Flow to LET IT ALL GO. Involves flowing sequences like Moon Salutations and grounding poses, focusing on release and lunar energy with an emphasis on side-to-side movement, practiced slowly with each pose coordinated with the breath. NOTE: Bring a blanket for Savasana.
